LOAN SIGNING AGENT SERVICES
Charges are based on number of pages in original document.
In Office Signing: $125 (company prints documents)
Remote Signing: $150 for less than 50 pages, $175 for greater than 51 pages (plus mileage)
Print fee: $25
Mileage = $1 per mile required for all remote signings.
Remote pricing includes scanbacks and UPS/FedEx drop (you provide prepaid shipping label)
Half day and Full day in office Notary services are available. Request a price quote!
Payment required at the time of service.
Invoices are to be paid 30 days net (Only available for established businesses)
I accept Cash, PayPal, CashApp, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and Amex.
(10% fee added for credit/debit card transactions)
I will accept a check for invoiced services, but only business account checks with all information printed on check
and check number greater than 500.
